Pregnancy Massage

60 min/$75

Enjoy a full body massage during your pregnancy. Feel relief from water retention, low back pain, sciatica, leg cramps and muscle tension. Pregnancy massage is recommended by doctors, nurse midwives and delivery nurses as an effective and healthy way to relieve stress and manage some of the discomforts experienced during pregnancy.

Targeted Massage

Spa400 specializes in this 60 minute outcome-based massage. It is primarily a targeted session to specific problem area(s) the patient presents with. A diagnosis and script from a referring doctor is  recommended, but not necessary. The goal is to help eliminate pain, restore mobility and gain a deeper sense of balance and function to allow your body to heal naturally.  Ideal for neck pain, back pain, migraines, arm pain, hip pain, knee pain and more.

Signature Massage

60 min/$85

Our Signature Massage is the ultimate massage to melt away your stress and anxiety, and promote an overall sense of well-being. This massage combines Swedish and deep tissue techniques, and incorporates steaming hot towels with warm aromatherapy oils to pamper you from head to toe. The treatment finishes with a luxurious foot massage featuring peppermint cream.

Deep Tissue

60min/$85; 90 min/$150

Deep tissue massage utilizes a number of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and passive and active stretching. The goals are to increase range of motion, to improve circulation and to relieve muscle pain and tension.
