Spa400 Policies
* Reservations: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, however, feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. You may book online at spa400.com as well. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.
* Payments: We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Affirm, and Care Credit. Prices are subject to change. A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments. Visit us online for full-service descriptions and current pricing. Payment is due in full at time of service. A credit card or gift card will be required when scheduling your salon and spa services. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates must be present at time of service. Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.
* Cancellation Policy: Please notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your service(s) for same day cancellations or "no shows". Cancellations may be made by phone, including after hour notifications to 716-631-1516.
* Consultations: Prior to each service, your service provider will work with you through an in-depth consultation. At this time, they will assess your skin and/or body needs to determine the best possible treatments and products to use during your spa experience. They will make product recommendations to help you maintain your look and feel.
* Arrival: We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first service appointment to allow time for check-in. Upon your arrival, you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form, which will allow our service providers to adjust your treatments accordingly. Late arrivals may be subject to shortened service time or cancellation.
* Gift Certificates: A Spa Gift Card provides the ideal pampering gift for any special occasion. Gift Cards can be purchased for a service or a dollar amount. Our Gift Cards & gift certificates are available in spa, by phone and online at spa400.com. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates may be transferred. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Spa400 offers significantly discounted monthly specials - these Gift cards and gift certificates with special pricing expire 1 year from date of purchase, however, the full value of the card may be used per New York State gift card regulations.
