HOW LONG IS EACH MEMBERSHIP?
Each membership term is 6 months and your credit card on file is automatically charged monthly. Your membership renews every 6 months on your sign-up date unless canceled.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, our membership approach is very flexible. Should you wish to cancel your membership, please contact the spa directly at 716-631-1516 prior to your monthly automatic withdrawal. Please be aware that an early termination fee will apply. See terms and conditions below for further information. Please note that we do not allow for pausing of Memberships.

You may not substitute services but are welcome to add-on additional services to your appointments subject to schedule availability.

I PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A VIP FACIAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP, WILL THIS TRANSFER OVER?
Yes, absolutely! We made some enhancements to this membership option, and we think the new membership will provide great value and flexibility. Please visit our spa reception for more information on transferring your existing membership to this new one.

• As a Spa400 VIP Member, your payments will be collected monthly. Complete payment for products and services rendered must be made at the time of treatment. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• All products and services offered at Spa400 are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes to membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 30 days in advance.
• You may cancel your membership at any time. Please contact the spa directly at 716-631-1516 prior to your monthly automatic withdrawal. Please be aware that an early termination fees will apply. VIP Facial Club Membership: Early Cancellation Fee is $20 per month for each month of membership completed. Solid Gold Skincare Membership: Early Cancellation Fee is $30 per month for each month of membership completed. Best Self Wellness Membership: Early Cancellation Fee is $50 per month for each month of membership completed. IPL Hair Removal Membership: Early Cancellation Fee is $50 per month for each month of membership completed.
• Memberships at Spa400 are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member only.
